borrower, assist them in the proper executions of each document, notarize were needed and
then return the documents to the lenders by the overnight carrier of their choice. We have
completed numerous assignments for lenders that include: Re-finance loans, Secondary
loans, Reverse Mortgages and Equity Lines of credit. We also do “In-Office Real Estate Loan
Document Signing” at the lender’s offices.
The State of Oregon has the established
maximum fees for Notarial Services. All of our
fees adhere to those regulations.
